SHIT~~~~

My diet plan is ruined today.. Cant resist the idea of eating out with him.. Cause since my attachment starts, we rarel go out together le.. Every day when i wake up, he's sleeping.. Den when reached home, i'd sleep after dinner.. So, when he suggested eating out together today, i gave in..

Ate at sakae sushi.. We shared:
- tempura soba
- yakitori
- 7 colour plates
Amounting to 41 bucks..

Shit.. So sinful.. I ate chicken.. I ate seafood.. And worst of all.. I ate fried stuffs and carbohydrates.. My diet is so ruin.. =(

Since 14.09.2007, i started mydiet plan.. Which is to cut down all sweet drinks, carbs, fried stuffs, meat (except fish) and seafood.. I even gave up the love of my life - sweets..!

My everyday diet consist of:
Breakfast: an apple
Lunch: Yong tau foo soup ( only veggies and fish) or boiled carrots and salmon + cucumbers
Dinner: a serving of fruits
Snacks in between: a handful of raisins/ sour plums

I climbed stairs instead of taking lifts, and did leg lifts daily to slim down my thighs.. And i did slimmed down and my thighs are much toned.. My skirts and shorts are all looser already and friends commented that i've slimmed down a little..

But i ate so much today.. Oh Nooooo..
Must eat very little tomorrow to make up for wat i've eaten today.. T.T
